I am a Postdoc at the Department of Informatics, Systems andCommunication of University of Milano – Bicocca (DISCo) since 2014. I am a member of the IT IS Lab (Innovative Technologies For Interaction and Services). I hold a doctoral degree in Computer Science from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
My main domain of research is at the intersection between semantic knowledge technologies and data quality assessment. In particular, I am interested in the Linked Data quality domain with a particular focus on time-related quality dimensions, which are crucial in a dynamic environment such as Linked Data. Results of my work include a comprehensive list of quality dimensions and their corresponding metrics, analysis of approaches for temporal meta-information representation, a conceptual model of versioning data and assessment techniques for time-related quality dimension, and finally temporal information extraction and temporal scoping of facts for improving the validity of fact.
