The Insid&s LAB conducts research on methods for managing, integrating and mining large amounts of heterogeneous information within enterprise and open Web contexts. We are involved in several national and international projects and cooperate with partners from industry, research institutes and other universities. The open-license datasets, open-source software packages, and benchmarks that are offered by our group are found on the resources and tools page.

The Insid&s LAB consists of the following focus groups:

Machine Learning Optimization (Prof. Ciavotta)

We offer regular courses for bachelor and master students related to the topics ... . It is also possible to write a bachelor or master thesis related to the research topics of our group. Excellent alumni can also graduate at our group to achieve a PhD. Further, we are searching for motivated students to work as research assistant within our group.

Beside fundamental research activities, we also focus on applied research and technology transfer. In this area we closely cooperate with partners from industry.
